Workflow steps include documenting of client’s request and instructions, processing EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) from client’s bank account, verifying funds received, trading account, and calling the client to confirm that the funds have been drafted correctly.

The outcomes of workflow steps provides users if-then scenarios, allowing them to go back to a previous workflow step, stay in a current workflow step, or move to the next workflow step when the current one is already completed.

Pros: Redtail allows you to input just about every detail imaginable about your clients. It gives you birthday reminders. You’re able to store related documents for client accounts. It integrates with multiple software programs so that client information can pre-populate when you’re completing applications. It allows you a simple way to document client conversations. It’s just about the most robust CRM I’ve seen out! Wow!

Cons: I think this is a minor drawback but it matters because other programs seem to offer this option. You cannot merge records. If you find you have entered a client twice, there’s no way to merge the records and keep what you want to keep.

Overall: Overall, I am very impressed with Redtail. I wasn’t a part of the team who chose this software. It was in place when I joined my present company. But I have enjoyed using it and wish I’d been given it for the previous companies I worked with.

What do you like best?

The service is simple in its work. You do not need to spend much time to start working. I like that often there are updates. Developers add new features and fix bugs. Good support service. Excellent reports, I can get exactly what I need. It’s just as easy I can export a report to any format, that is convenient for me. You can group users and send them messages or attachments.

What do you dislike?
It would also be nice to have built-in support for the Google calendar.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for not bad CRM, then this service will be good for you. Redtail CRM has a trial version, so you need to try it.
